Dr. Sharon Daniels
Dr. Daniels is the Executive Director and the visionary behind our strategic growth. With over 20 years in education and workforce development, she leads with compassion, innovation, and a deep commitment to creating opportunity. She believes every woman deserves a seat at the table and works tirelessly to make that happen.
Jasmine Cole
As Director of Programs, Jasmine oversees the design and implementation of all training, mentorship, and leadership offerings. She has a background in nonprofit management and is passionate about breaking generational cycles of poverty through education and empowerment.
Maria Vasquez
Maria serves as our Community Outreach Coordinator, building partnerships with local schools, businesses, and community leaders. She brings warmth and energy to every conversation and is a powerful advocate for underserved women and families.
Angela Price
Angela is our Financial Coach and leads the Financial Empowerment Series. With experience in banking and personal finance, she equips women with the tools they need to take control of their financial futures with confidence and clarity.
Ebony Wright
Ebony manages our Mentorship and Peer Networking programs. She carefully matches mentors and mentees to ensure meaningful connections and guides volunteers through impactful relationship-building. She embodies the spirit of sisterhood that defines our work.
Tamika Brown
As Administrative and Events Manager, Tamika ensures the smooth operation of all daily activities and major events. Her organizational skills and friendly demeanor make her the glue that holds everything together. She believes every detail matters—because women deserve excellence.
